Three tiers based on credentials and experience

Each level has clear requirements. Compensation reflects your tier.

Entry

Personal Care & Companion Support

Requires verified HHA or PCA training, or equivalent hands-on experience. Focuses on daily personal care, basic health routines, and companionship.

Specialist

Protocol-Based Care Under RN Supervision

Requires demonstrated experience in mobility, transfer, and cognitive support, with verifiable credentials or hands-on competency validation supervised by our RN.

Advanced

Complex Condition & Transitional Care

Reserved for seasoned caregivers with demonstrated mastery in memory care, Parkinson’s management, and post-surgical transitional support — validated through our clinical competency process.’s management, and post-surgical transitional support.

Verifiable credentials or demonstrated hands-on experience in personal care, behavioral support, or clinical home care settings.
A person-centered approach to daily care and personal assistance.
Reliable, communicative, and committed to consistent client assignments.

Application Requirements

Verifiable U.S. work authorization.

Active Massachusetts caregiver credentials or verifiable hands-on experience, subject to RN competency validation before placement.

Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Standard health screening including immunization records and fit-for-duty clearance.

Clear CORI and SORI background screenings.
