Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Everstead was founded to build an agency focused entirely on the client outcome — one that earns trust through accountability and consistency rather than brochure language. Every operational decision traces back to that single objective.
Clinical Operations Manager
Deborah personally engineers every care plan, oversees caregiver competency validations, and maintains active clinical involvement across all client assignments. Her role is the clinical spine of everything Everstead delivers.
